All Forgeline wheel designs are tested using computer stress analysis which enables us to analyze the design under a simulated load and optimize it. Then we test our finished products beyond SAE standards using real-life racing variables. Forgeline centers are created using a 6,000-ton hydraulic press that forges the wheel center into its general shape. It is then CNC machined to create the design style. Forging aligns the grain structure, reduces porosity and increases uniformity. Forgeline uses 6061-alloy material that can be heat-treated to be 40% stronger than cast aluminum. All 3-piece Forgeline wheels are custom made for your application, production time is typically 3-4 weeks and can vary depending upon your finish choice.
