BG MOA or 'motor oil additive' will stabilize the viscosity of your oil thru modern chemistry, it is not a thickener. MOA will keep oil from foaming at high rpm and will give it thermal stability. BG MOA is a must if you use petroleum oils and synthetic blends of oil in older hot rods, muscle cars or high performance engines to prevent camshaft wear.
